Welcome to www.balmed.in. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship, usage, and commercial agreements between M/S Balmed Healthcare Solutions (GSTN: 36AWPA6389G1Z9) and its clients, candidates, and website users. By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Nature of Services

Founded in 2023, Balmed Healthcare Solutions provides a comprehensive matrix of manpower recruitment, labor contracting, placement services, audits, and specialized retail or hospital pharmacy training programs.

2. Commercial Terms for Corporate Clients

All corporate entities engaging Balmed for placement or recruitment services agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Job Requirements: The hiring company must provide a formal Job Description (JD) Form for each individual position to be filled.

  • Interview Scheduling: The client must intimate the definitive Date of Interview to Balmed at least two (2) days in advance.

  • Position Status: Clients are obligated to intimate Balmed immediately upon the closure of any open position through alternative means.

  • Recruitment Fees: Our standard recruitment service charge is fixed at 8.33% of the Annual CTC for requirements across all levels.

  • Invoicing & Payments: Balmed will formally submit invoices within thirty (30) days from the exact date of the candidate's formal joining.

  • 90-Day Free Replacement Clause: If a candidate sourced by Balmed leaves, resigns, or is relieved within ninety (90) days of their joining date, Balmed Healthcare Solutions will close the position again with a free-of-cost replacement.

3. Candidate & Trainee Obligations

  • Training Integrity: Candidates enrolling in our Hospital or Pharma Retail Training modules must adhere to the curriculum requirements, software classes, and professional code of conduct orchestrated by our experienced training faculty.

  • Information Honesty: In keeping with our value of Integrity, candidates must provide completely truthful, accurate information regarding their qualifications, certificates, and past employment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design features, logos, graphics, structural data, and text hosted on www.balmed.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Balmed Healthcare Solutions or its technical affiliates and cannot be replicated without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Balmed maintains deep industry execution excellence to connect the right people to the right place at the right time, we are not liable for individual employee performance post-selection, nor are we responsible for any sudden systemic disruptions within partner pharmacy chains or hospitals.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any structural disagreements, billing disputes, or legal actions arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the legal jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
