2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information in alignment with our professional mandate to efficiently screen and select the most qualified candidates for current job openings. Your data is used to:

  • Manage applications through our 6-step recruitment process (Inviting applications, receiving profiles, written tests, personal interviews, final selection, and orientation).

  • Deliver specialized Hospital Pharmacy Training and Pharma Retail Training modules (including billing software, clinical subjects, and CRM training).

  • Match qualified professionals with leading retail pharmacy chains and hospital partners.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and fulfill labor/outsourcing contract obligations.

  • Partner Employers: Sharing candidate profiles, test scores, and resumes with trusted recruitment partners (such as Apollo Pharmacy, MedPlus, Tata 1mg, Dawaa Dost, and Emami Frankross Pharmacy) for the explicit purpose of placement.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Disclosing details to government authorities if required by law or to ensure compliance with medical/recruitment guidelines.

Balmed leverages technological expertise and secure management consulting practices to guard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure, and users share data at their own discretion.

5. Your Rights
